Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device by your browser. The term also covers similar mechanisms like localStorage and sessionStorage, which we use more heavily than traditional cookies.
2. Cookies we set
Strictly necessary — always on
These are required for the service to function. You cannot opt out without breaking the app.
- jetwel.session — session token (HttpOnly, SameSite Lax) set after sign-in. Expires when your session ends.
- jetwel.csrf — CSRF token for state-changing requests.
- jetwel.locale — your preferred language (en / tr).
- jetwel.consent— your cookie choices so we don’t ask again. Stored for 180 days.
Analytics — opt-in
Disabled by default. Only set if you accept from the cookie banner.
- Aggregated product analytics so we can see which features are used. No cross-site tracking, no ads.
Third-party session
When you sign in with Google, Google sets its own cookies on its domain. Those are governed by Google’s cookie policy and are outside our control.
3. Changing your choice
You can revisit your consent at any time from Settings → Privacy in the dashboard, or by clearing the jetwel.consent storage key in your browser which will re-trigger the banner on next load.
4. Browser controls
All modern browsers let you block or delete cookies manually. Blocking the strictly-necessary cookies listed above will prevent Jetwel from working — you will not be able to sign in.
