Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating a Jetwel account or using the Jetwel service you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are signing up on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

Jetwel provides a hosted, multi-tenant AI workforce platform. You can deploy autonomous agents for sales, media and support tasks, connect them to third-party APIs, and review their work inside a shared workspace. The service is delivered “as a service” — you use it through your browser, we run the infrastructure.

3. Accounts and access

  • Access is currently invite-only. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and for everything that happens under your workspace.
  • Organization owners and admins may invite, remove and re-assign members. We rely on owner/admin decisions — we will not resolve internal role disputes.

4. Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, and you will retain access until the end of the paid period.

Jetwel does not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. Legally mandated refund rights (e.g. EU consumer withdrawal) are honoured.

Usage of third-party APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, enrichment providers) is metered inside the service. Jetwel may suspend agent runs that exceed your plan’s quota or generate costs we cannot bill you for.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jetwel to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or any unsolicited bulk communication.
  • Generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, sexual material involving minors, targeted harassment, or malware.
  • Circumvent rate limits, probe our infrastructure, or attempt to extract other tenants’ data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the service other than as permitted by law.
  • Use agents to impersonate real individuals or organizations without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you submit — prompts, documents, instructions, configurations, and generated outputs. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that content strictly to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train models and we do not share it with other customers.

7. AI-generated outputs

Agent outputs are produced by third-party large language models. They may be inaccurate, biased, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing agent output before publishing, sending, or acting on it. Jetwel makes no warranty that outputs are fit for a particular purpose.

8. Third-party services

Connecting Google, Stripe, Telegram or other external services to Jetwel is optional. Once connected, those providers’ own terms and privacy policies also apply, and we are not responsible for their actions.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetwel disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Jetwel’s aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in this section limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or statutory rights that cannot be waived.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to by law. On termination we will delete your workspace data after a 30-day grace period unless legally required to keep it longer.

11. Changes to the service and the terms

We may change the service or these Terms. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance via email and an in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute not resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Istanbul. Consumers retain the right to bring claims in their country of residence where applicable.
